Just A Lil' Bit More

29Mar 2004, all eyes stared to the monitor... not wanting to blink at all (if dats possible).... uneasiness started building up.... nervousness started pouring in.... no sweats tho.... the mind thinking - did i do well? will they give it to me? if yes, how much will it be?... hours went by without me realising.... the minutes and seconds went on even tho i told them to STOP!

finally by 3.15pm.... superior whispered to us... "By 3.30pm.... go to Stafflink and check...." ok ok.... not wanting to let the time went by..... all clicked to Stafflink and began our much awaited news..... server was damn slow particularly at dat hour.... fidgety got the better of me.... but i was very much trying to keep my cool..... the page loaded.... and it said....

"The University has decided to pay a Performance Bonus (PB) to staff for their work done in 2003, based on the work performance of the individual staff member and also the University's PB budget for 2003."...
I GOT IT.. I GOT IT!!!!.... hehehe...

tulah citer suspen yg aku trying to write here..... anyways, today im taking Time Off in the afternoon today .... it will be a fun-filled afternoon wz fellow colleagues cum buddies and female bonding session after so so long....
