Cartoon Network Fun Day Out



This week has been a busy one for us. Coz fasting is round the corner and we will be in Singapore soon thus we have to make use of all the remaining days before the fast to have fun. Yesterday we had a road trip to Sunway Lagoon. And today, we went to the Cartoon Network Fun Day Out.

It was held at PAF Museum (Pakistan Air Force Museum). Well, it wasnt held in the museum, rather it was in an open field there. It took us about 30mins to reach the place from home. It was hot but windy which was a good thing. We decided to bring our neighbour's son along, Junaid. There were lots of game stalls and freebies for the kids. Ash was so excited upon seeing Tom and Jerry, Johnny Bravo and Powerpuff Girls in action.

Since this was a busy one for us, come next week will be a shopping trip (to buy stuff to bring back to Sg)....bestnyer!! :D

Sunway Lagoon Pakistan



Papa decided to become the official driver to drive down to Sunway Lagoon located 6km after Dharga which is a town outside of Karachi. It took us a whole 3 hours to reach there.

It is a newly opened water park. They have a resort next to the water park in case you wanna spend the night there. Me, the mama aka official photographer for the trip took lots of shots along the way. The jakun me has never been to outside Karachi and I tell you, its a whole new experience definately. Tapi as usual lah, aku kan stylo so orang2 dorang suka tengok2...Haha! But well, its allright, Im kinda used to already now. Im just waiting for them to ask for my autograph one day! BAH!!

Ash had so much fun and didnt wanna come out of the pool. Papa had fun too. The mama was there just to capture the moments into her digi. I didnt see ladies swimming there mostly are all the men. But while looking for the washrooms, I found a section written as "LADIES ONLY". I went in of course, and there you are, a spot just for the ladies. The pool, the fountains, the slides etc. So women, you can swim in bikinis here! Hahaha... Well, dats the good thing about being here in a Muslim country.

Road Trip to Sunway Lagoon Pakistan

We left at 5pm and was caught in the traffic jam but finally reached home at 9.30pm. The next we will be there maybe we should spend a night at the resort ala2 escapade from the busy and buzzling city of Karachi :)
